Top Apocalypse Games on Android in the Netherlands: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the apocalypse-themed game category saw diverse performances among the top five apps on Android in the Netherlands. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at how these games fared in terms of revenue, downloads, and active users.

Whiteout Survival by Century Games PTE. LTD. showed a strong revenue stream, peaking at around $81K in late January. However, weekly downloads steadily declined from 8.1K at the start of the quarter to 3.3K by the end of March. Active users also saw fluctuations, starting at 14.8K and peaking at 20.1K mid-quarter before declining to 13.6K.

Dark War Survival from Florere Game experienced a gradual increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $33K in late March. Downloads, however, decreased significantly from 5.3K in early January to just over 1K by the quarter's end. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 5.9K and dropping to 3.4K.

High Seas Hero, another title by Century Games, had a modest revenue peak of $2.1K in late January. Downloads showed a sharp decline from 3.1K in January to just 168 by the end of March. The number of active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 2.5K and falling to 380.

Wasteland Life: Survival Idle by SayGames Ltd maintained relatively steady revenue, peaking at $365 in mid-February. Weekly downloads remained consistent, averaging around 400-500. Active users demonstrated a stable trend, with a slight rise to 3.6K mid-quarter.

Finally, Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers from Tilting Point saw an increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, peaking at $137 in late March. Downloads surged in late February, reaching 1.7K before leveling off. Active users also increased significantly, peaking at 1.5K early in March.
